Privacy Policy
How PhaseBid handles account, company, customer, job, estimate, file, billing, and AI-assisted estimating data.
Information Collected
PhaseBid collects information you provide when you create an account, configure a company workspace, create customer and job records, build estimates, upload files, use AI-assisted features, subscribe to a paid plan, or contact support.
Account, Contact, and Company Info
Account and workspace information may include your name, email address, phone number, role or title, company name, company contact details, website, license number, company logo, profile avatar, and billing-related identifiers.
Customer, Job, Estimate, and File Data
The service stores business records entered by users, including customer contact information, service addresses, billing details, job details, schedules, estimate line items, assumptions, exclusions, code reminders, risk flags, questions, terms, proposal text, templates, pricebook items, uploaded files, photos, job documents, and saved proposal PDFs.
Payments and Stripe
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. PhaseBid does not store full credit card numbers. Stripe may process payment details, invoices, subscription status, billing portal activity, and related payment information according to Stripe policies.
Supabase
PhaseBid uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, row-level security, and file storage. Supabase may process account, workspace, customer, job, estimate, file, and authentication data as needed to provide the service.
OpenAI and AI Processing
When you use AI-assisted estimating, job scope details, estimate context, and related information you submit may be sent to an AI provider to generate editable draft recommendations. Do not enter sensitive information that is not needed for the estimate draft.
Email Provider
Zoho may be used for support, transactional emails, or customer communication related to PhaseBid. Email metadata and message content may be processed as needed to send, receive, or support those communications.
How Data Is Used
We use data to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, maintain workspaces, generate estimates and proposals, process subscriptions, support file workflows, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, communicate about the product, and respond to support requests.
Data Security
We use practical technical and organizational safeguards for the service, including hosted authentication, database access controls, storage policies, server-side secret handling, and Stripe-hosted billing. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so users should protect account credentials and limit workspace access.
Data Deletion and Support Requests
You can contact support to request help with account data, workspace data, deletion requests, or privacy questions. Some data may be retained as needed for security, legal, billing, backup, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
